Description

PrimeWare uses a thin sheet of PLA and in essencemelts it onto the bagasse. When faced with hot or greasy foods, unlined sugarcane bagasse containers dont fare too well. However, PLA lining on containers creates a complete moisture and grease barrier, dashing away any prior worries. PLA is derived from plant-starch material, which means that it is fully compostable and able to biodegrade in a proper composting facility just like the rest of PrimeWares products. Designed for the hottest foods to-go, PLA lined products offer the best protection from stir-fried foods and dishes with hot sauces. PLA-lined deep hinged-lid container (medium). Microwaveable and freezer safe. BPI-Certified, meets ASTM D6868 Standards for compostability, meets FDA Guidelines and Health Canada guidelines for food contact surfaces and on the list of Biopreferred items from USDA. Biodegradable and compostable. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Certifications.
