PrimeWare's knife is water-proof, oil-proof, and great for all hot and cold food applications. PrimeWare knife is not the total environmental solution, but it is a great start. The knife consists of 80 percent PSM and 20 percent Polypropylene. PrimeWare is searching for a resin that is both cost competitive and compostable.
