Bio-Star liners meet the ASTM D6400 standards for compostable plastics for use in commercial facilities. BioStar liners have been tested and certified by the Biodegradable Products Institute in conjunction with the U.S. Composting Council. Only tested and authorized products are authorized to use the BPI Compostable label.
